Training from Certified Fitness Coaches

Your Personal Trainer assigned to you will be there to guide you, educate you, support you, and keep you accountable to reach your goals.

You will meet with him online for 20 minutes every other week and also texts and emails throughout the week as he evaluates your nutrition and calorie tracking stats.

Our Certifications

Your trainer assigned to work you will be a Certified Personal Trainer. Our Head Trainer a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

We are also certified in alignment and posture correction from the Egoscue Method clinics.

💪🏼 Workouts. Be willing to spend 3x-5x days per week either in a gym facility or home gym, executing custom designed workout routine from our Jacked AF app.

Question 1: How do you I know I will get results with the program?

There are 2 ways you may not achieve success in the program.

First, if you get off track and don't follow the nutrition tracking program or don't work out at prescribed intervals we recommend. But we'll be on your ass the whole time to follow up and hit those goals.

The other way is if you are a space alien and not subject to the regular laws of physics. But if you are a human, your body has to change the way we want it to.

Question 2: How will I know if I'm succeeding?

Apart from how you are feeling, which should be great, we're a stickler for tracking everything. Numbers don't lie, that's why we track:

💪Muscle body percentage

💪Daily calorie intake

💪Calorie macro distribution

💪Subjective feelings on a 1-10 scale

Question 3: Is there a money back guarantee?

Not really, because we can't be responsible if you don't show up to do the work.

However, if you are truly not seeing results, we may at our discretion either extend your time in the program or refund your membership, depending on your circumstances.

Question 4: How do I get started?

Should you decide the program is a good fit and what you need, we will onboard you with a questionnaire to fill out and then schedule your 40-minute Onboarding Session within several days of signing up. Within several days after that you should set your physical assessment program along with sending out your Bluetooth Bodyfat Scale and app. We then design your custom workout plan and calorie tracking strategy.

Each 6 weeks you get a new workout menu, and midway through the program (12 weeks) we have a midterm assessment session.

Every other week you have a 20 minute coaching/accountability Zoom call with your personal trainer assigned to you.

A Disclaimer…


“Will I look like Mr. Universe or Thor from the movies at the end of the program?”

Well it depends on where you’re starting from, but in most cases, probably not. You see, muscles don’t grow huge overnight, and many of the social media influencers you admire have likely been working out for years.

But we definitely expect you to look different at the end of the program. Your muscles will be toned and starting to grow, but more importantly, your reduction in body fat will make them stand out.

But fitness is not something you start and then put away in a box when you’re done. It’s a lifelong commitment, and this program is the first step of an unforgettable journey that changes your body and your mind.
